Chicago CFC Application Deadline
5:00 PM, Friday, March 19, 2010
The Chicago Area CFC service area includes: Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, LaSalle, McHenry, Putnam, and Will Counties in Illinois; and Lake and Porter Counties in Indiana.
Local CFC Applications must be received at the Chicago Federal Executive Board by 5 PM, Friday, March 19, 2010. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Need a Tax Receipt?
Donors
who need a receipt for a cash or check donation can contact the CFC
office at 312-379-0190 or email helpdesk@chicagocfc.net. Please use
"CFC Tax Receipt" in the subject line.
Donors who give by
payroll deduction do not need a tax receipt. Your end-of-year earnings
statement along with the pink copy of the pledge form is sufficient
documentation.
