2012 CFC Application for Local Organizations

The Chicago Area CFC Application for Local Organizations is now available.  Click on the "Charities" tab for download information.

The Chicago Area CFC service area includes:  Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, LaSalle, Livingston, Marshall, McHenry, Putnam, and Will Counties in Illinois; and Lake and Porter Counties in Indiana.

Note:  Beginning February 1, 2012, the Chicago Area CFC service area will also include Champaign and Vermillion Counties in Illinois.

Need a Receipt for Filing Taxes?

Donors who need a receipt for their cash or check donation to the 2010 or 2011 CFC may get one by contacting the CFC office at 312-379-0190 or by contacting the CFC Help Desk: helpdesk@chicagocfc.net.

Donors who made payroll deductions do not need a receipt as their end-of-year earnings statement along with their pledge form provide sufficient documentation.
